Balanced Bodies is equipped to handle a range of health concerns, from routine medication refill visits to urgent care needs. We address uncomplicated chronic diagnoses such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, prediabetes, and polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). Urgent care diagnoses, including upper respiratory tract infections, influenza, strep throat, urinary tract infections, and prostatitis, are also within our scope.

However, certain services are not included in the Concierge Medical Program, such as pap smears, prostate exams, STD screenings, in-house X-rays, stitches, or splinting. An additional $25 charge is applicable for more than three diagnoses per visit.

Membership Information

Balanced Bodies offers an affordable membership for adult men and women. For a monthly fee of $65, members enjoy the following benefits:

· Up to four healthcare provider visits per year.

· Sick urgent care visits for an immediate family member (non-member) at a minimal $75 fee (up to twice a year).

· Yearly cholesterol, TSH, and A1C checks.
